Possibly. Gonna pursue every option. Of course the outgoing flight was refunded due to the cancellation- they had rebooked us on a flight 3 days later, which was simply not going to work with any of our other bookings, childcare etc. But they are inexplicably giving us trouble on refunding the baggage fee and seat selection we paid during online check-in. And we made the dreaded mistake of booking a separate carrier for flight home, so the refund for the cancelled outgoing flight isnt covering the return.
