I can't get over that Shapiro speech. Holy ####, what a speaker ... especially when you consider the man only found out yesterday that he wouldn't be on the ticket. Those past few weeks have been absolutely insane. I mean, Donald Trump got ####ing shot at, and absolutely nobody talks about that anymore ... crazy how quickly things have changed and that's why I'm still cautious. Still three months to go, and A LOT can happen until then. But they have an insanely good ticket now, and if they can keep up the enthusiasm and get through the fall without any major scandals, things are looking good.

Sounds like Shapiro was the top choice but he had a difficult time deciding sticking around or running. I think he will help either way.
He’s probably a top candidate already for 2028.
