I swear, reading some of this is like watching some 4chan incels argue why girls owe them a date because they’re nice to them.
Kylington neither acted badly towards the franchise, nor was he any more critical of a contract offer than any other player/agent is. He or his agent didn’t like the offer, the Flames moved on instead of waiting, and so he signed somewhere else. Happens every year to every team. It’s called free agency.

I don't know how you can ascribe emotions to my words. But to make it explicit, I'm not upset or jilted. The next 5-7 years are largely a write-off for this franchise, so I really don't have strong feelings about any player older than 24. This was a 5/6 defenseman on a rebuilding team. Whether he plays two years with a basement dweller or not is largely inconsequential to the basement dwellers or their fans.
That said, both phrases are largely accurate and I find it curious at how much energy you're expending using ad hominem attacks for a topic no one really feels super strongly about. For example, assigning emotions to my posts to compare me to an incel. Or pointing out that words and phrases aren't the same thing.
It's pretty weird and makes you come across pretty poorly.
