Is it sensitivities due to gambling or is it more the NHL being upset that this ruins the kayfabe around the picks and when they’re submitted/announced? They’ve already had a bit of a kerfuffle around the lottery, so they could be sensitive to accusations things being ‘arranged’ ahead of time.
