There is some friction between the IOC and IBA where the IOC stripped the IBA of recognition because of corruption...stones from a glass house I think...

Khelif and a Taiwan fighter Lin Yu-tin both were disqualified from last year's world Championships by the IBA for elevated testosterone levels after updating this requirement if I have read this correctly. The IOC reverted back to previous regulations that did not have those same requirements.
