That outdoors Western vibe reaches its peak in Oregon. They do little hippy towns, breweries, DIY cafes/restaurants, etc... Whatever trend Western Canada is hoping on when it comes to those types of cultural things, Portland does it better. It's also full of gun toting loonies, so pick your poison.
