Disagree. Not sure about his effectiveness as Transportation Secretary, but he is the kind of candidate that would have tons of appeal to those groups you listed; he's a very good representation of many of them - and an active vocal rep for them too.
What has (or hasn't) he done as Transportation Secretary that you didn't like?
