Druzes are ethnic Arabs and speak Arabic. Whether they are Muslim or not is a complex question. Their religion is rooted in Islam and they do believe in Mohamed, among other prophets. But he is not their "main" prophet. From what I could gather most of them don't identify themselves as Muslim. Besides religion, they are pure Arabs though.
