And where the heck are you getting 3.576 from when the poster used Chicago and the EIA's chart as a reference point? (your IMG link is broken btw so I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here). Numbers provided prior and date points are straight from the EIA.
The poster is literally based out of Chicago, tells you his experience made a general statement and backed it up with government numbers validating his claim as factual after you wrongfully fact checked him and you are still arguing with him. You snottily came to fact check for no other reason than it did not fit your narrative.
He didn't even blame Biden for it (neither did I), he just said that's the sentiment whether rightly or wrongly attributed. You can't accept it for some reason.
