Yeah. Even if Frank wants to hide behind 'oh there was never a full court case blah blah' it's still incorrect to say this was an 'alleged' cover up. It *was* a cover up. Maybe you don't have a Zapruder film of each and every event to know who did what, but you do know it was a cover up... to say 'alleged' is irresponsible and needlessly protective of wrong-doing.
