I'll bite. Both Beach and Kennedy have endorsed the reinstatements so those are likely the most important voices in all of this. That said, I'm not convinced he was the best available candidate simply on merit. And while people deserve a second chance IF they've put in the work to learn and improve, I wish it wasn't the Oilers providing the second chance and sticking their neck out first. I think it’s not just this one hiring that is the reason for all of the criticism. I really think it’s the stacking of questionable hires/signings of multiple guys. This is just the final straw for a lot of fans it seems
