I do feel for businesses around there though. Tough thing to ask your employees to deal with that all the time.

I sorta remember there being an encampment that had to be cleaned up after a bunch of crime, assaults, sex assaults, fires, etc. It was a few years back?
You can probably see it from the historical pictures from google maps/streetview.
