Huh crazy. Those wounds look very similar to the ones described in various places from Xylazine use, nasty stuff.

This site doesn’t have any photos but describes the sores:


“These wounds are presenting atypically, tending to be on legs and arms (sometimes away from the site of injection) and appear to worsen more quickly than other skin wounds”

Edit: I should say I’m not discrediting anything you’ve posted, I’m certainly not a doctor and was not about to get close enough to distinguish between Hep C, HIV and or drug use lol.
