Materials are as follows.
At street level: Natural stone veneer (split face in some areas and honed in others), curtain wall storefront glazing, solid phenolic wood grain clad columns with stone base
The ice: Aluminum composite metal panel bone white (matte, satin and gloss depending on the region)
The space between ice and fire: Profiled metal panel in charcoal

Plans look cool.
But why couldn't they have the washrooms with an entry door and a separate exit door. Maybe there are so many other washrooms it doesn't matter but this seems like such an easy fix to get people in and out much more efficiently.
