Biden did not narrowly win.
306/232 is not narrow. The country was about 3.5% more blue than the electoral college. So a significant electoral college advantage. The current generic ballot is Dems +1. So assuming the same delta between the last election and assuming whoever replaces him behaves like the generic ballot this election is still very close this far out to election day.
Biden was an anchor though polling consistently well behind the generic and got worse after the debate.
