But judging by those numbers, you are talking about giving weapons to a very small percentage of the population. Oregon for example has 3.7 million people, but only 14,000 CCW permits. I just don't see how one out of every 250 people carrying a gun is going to do for my safety from suicide bombers and terrorists.
