I don't really agree. He is more than willing to provide praise in Hell's Kitchen when it is deserved (this season not much praise has been deserved) and you see that side of him in the rewards. And like the previous two seasons you will see that more and more as the weaker contestants are eliminated.
It's a different show. Hell's Kitchen is focused primarily on the kitchen (good or bad) whereas Nightmares is focused on several other things (and keep in mind on nightmares many of the chefs can actually cook and have culinary training...the ones that don't look out!)
