Explained in short that my work in the industry is different and if anyone wants to learn the difference between my process and whats being done industry wide by my competitors im always willing to come out and show you in person the difference between what i offer and what is being done elsewhere.
This is why there is justifiably apprehension by folks whove hired the wrong people to do the work done in their homes . I see it daily and after 24 plus years of doing it im an expert at identifying missed opportunities by these companies to retain repeat customers and get referrals.
