I hope people are reading this stuff, and it's too bad Jersey fans aren't, because this is a great example of how opportunity, and confidence, are so important. Fans were trashing the trade, claiming he isn't a top 6 player, saying he was demoted because he isn't any good, saying we got Jersey's hand-me-downs, etc. But as usual, most fans have no idea what is going on, and just look at points.
Kudos to Conroy and the pro scouts for recognizing him and being on top of an opportunity. And Kudos to Sharagovich for taking advantage of that opportunity - which is easier said than done, after a difficult 4 months.
Thanks for taking the time to translate all this - Sharagovich is clearly a cerebral guy and I have really enjoyed reading his comments on things and hearing about his experiences. We don't often get this much detail - or much of anything, other than the cookie cutter soundbites they are taught to administer.
