Marty Walsh is not the type of union head to push the NHLPA to a hardline stance, so I can't see it happening.
I also think the biggest issue the players have is escrow and with the 5% cap escalation cap, little by little the escrow issue is going to go away as I see NHL revenues exceeding 5% annually for the foreseeable future.
Maybe it'll become an issue in the future when escrow flips to owners cutting players cheques at the end of a season.
