The thing I really like about his nightmare show is that you really get a sense of what type a person he is. I think he guenuinly cares when he goes into the restaurants to help them out.
This years Hell's kitchen really got me wondering on their application process with some of the people they let in. Either these guys totally crack under the pressure of lights and cameras or they just aren't good enough. Some of the mistakes they make are mind boggling.

That's another reason why the show is so suspect.
My son is in a culinary program, bias aside, he's way more competant than any of those people so far.
