I enjoy both shows but find Nightmares far superior and I'm looking forward to seeing the NA version of it (though I suspect it won't be as good as the England version, similar to Iron Chef America)
Nightmares give you a real sense of what happens behind the scenes and in the kitchens...you don't get the same legitimate "peek" into the inner workings on Hell's Kitchen.
Ramsay though is a guy that certainly understands what makes for good television.
