I like Ramsay's shows, both Hells Kitchen and Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares. Saying the guy has a foul mouth is an understatement.

I wouldn't be surprised if this guy is just embarrassed and doesn't want the country too see that he was doing a poor job and is a bad chef.

Although it is interesting that a newspaper has accused him of faking the show.

A year ago, Ramsay won a libel action in London against a newspaper that accused him of faking scenes on his "Kitchen Nightmares" reality show when he worked to turn around a struggling bistro in northern England.
Associated Newspapers Ltd., publisher of the Evening Standard, agreed to print an apology and pay US$138,000 in damages to Ramsay and the makers of his program.

But British newspapers aren't exactly known for their fair and balanced reporting. Plus if this guy is fabricating this, you bet Ramsay is going to sue him back. Either way I would like to see what comes of this. Either Ramsay is faking things or this is just a case of sour grapes. It's tough to watch a reality show and know it's disingenuous.
