Meanwhile, watering plants with a hose is still a no go. I had to use a bucket today to do that, about 30 times and over an hour for the various plants, exposing me to the heat... The city has lost me.
I will be filling a pool with my hose and putting a submersible pump in it to water my plants with a hose.

The city is back to cleaning the streets again so I assume we must be getting close but I assume they are waiting for Stampede to be over at the earliest before they give the green light to using hoses.
