Exception for outdoor use extended to private and residential pools.... In order for public safety to keep cool.
Meanwhile, watering plants with a hose is still a no go. I had to use a bucket today to do that, about 30 times and over an hour for the various plants, exposing me to the heat... I filled from the hose, and watering with the bucket resulted in a lot of wasted water as the ground was dry and ran off due to being applied too fast. Meanwhile, I cant use my drip irrigation that I installed last year to water more efficiently....
After the announcement that pools are okay, they say we must ration water...
The city has lost me.
I will be filling a pool with my hose and putting a submersible pump in it to water my plants with a hose.
