I guess people have different ideas about what constitutes shorts weather. As we’ve discussed in an earlier thread, there are people who enjoy walking around in shorts at 10 celsius.
But even in summer the temp usually drops rapidly in this city as the sun sets. We don’t have many nights where it’s warm enough to
comfortably sit outside in shorts after 9 or 10 pm. Maybe 10-15 nights a year. And I agree with Lubicon that Monday night was the first this year.
