Yes, they are mobilizing and we ignore them now at our peril. And it doesn't matter if they are extreme, because we have seen moderates will support extreme views if they view them as being on the same team. And if moderates don't support them they'll just reverse takeover whatever thing they need to to take control. see: Alberta.
