Dodgeball is the bomb. Especially if you've got enough people to make 4-5 different teams (i.e. spread across different departments), and you've got "older" people who still like to be competitive... everyone can play, little athletic ability is
required, and it's relatively cheap (just rent out a gym and get some dodgeballs).
Only 5 rules: Dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge
The one time we did it, teams even made up their own uniforms
