He's going to lose and the Dems will be lucky to hold a level of Government under him at this rate. They need to replace Biden now, even if you think he is competent enough today there is not way he's lucid in 4yrs. I'm no fan of Harris but I'd vote for her in a heartbeat (I can't vote).
