Some are being overly sensitive
mental health issues arent a free pass with zero consequences. Employers and potential employers watch things like social media these days. Fair or not posting party images while getting paid on leave is a red flag in my industry I can assure you.
This is the NHL, teams are concerned about commitment. His best bet is to play 82 games and kick ass...then you can make demands.
