And grind too hard to the point that when the next contract talks came around a player was not going to give the guy an inch. Not extending Gaudreau for around 8m in the summer of his last year of his bridge and Tkachuks god awful bridge that gave him a 9m 1 year walk to free agency qualifying offer. Just absolutely awful.
