There is absolutely, positively, no reason to sign Holloway to an offer sheet. Especially not one with a second rounder as compensation.
The Oilers would just take the pick, and you'd be stuck with Holloway on a dumb contract. If Holloway gets 4.5 what do you give Zary? He's already twice the player.
Broberg I could see, first because there's actually a chance the Oilers would actually bother matching, second because losing him would actually affect them at all, and finally because there's actually a slight chance he might live up to the contract/price of acquisition.
But Holloway? I'd rather keep the pick.
