Sweet baby rays is better than I can make for a sugary KC BBQ sauce.

But my favourite sauce is a Carolina mustard sauce.

I start from this recipe from the spruce

I go a little less vinegar then the recipe calls for and the add a little fish sauce and msg for more Umami.

Love it on pulled pork.
