I'm saying I think Debrusk at 5.5 is about right - probably 2 years too long, but that's how it goes on Jul 1 - largely because he is coming off a poor season in which he had a hand injury. I think Zadorov is being massively overpaid due to a strong playoff run and a game that gets overvalued because of flashy moments offensively and some big hits, which mask his downsides.
Of the 5 players there, I think Zadorov's contract is the worst, then probably about equal between Lindholm and Debrusk (both probably 2 years too long), then Forbort and Heinen are reasonable.

No it doesn't. Market efficiency is an aggregate thing - of course there are mistakes. But it is a much, much better starting point than some chart that Jfresh kicks out.
And as I said, you are entitled to your opinion on these ones. But I didn't find it surprising that their contracts were similar
