Yes, I think they are placing a huge focus on the draft, which I personally believe is the correct decision.
However, they won't rip it apart.

Flames have some decent players, but their future core that will be part of a contending team has zero current members. Wolf might me, but he hasn’t proven anything yet.
Like it or not, trading some of those decent players will spend up the rebuild by getting additional draft capital and better draft position.
This draft was the most fun I’ve had watching the draft since, well, maybe forever.
I think Conroy did a very good job, although drafts have to be judged years later.
