The draft can proceed starting any time tomorrow (barring any last minute additions). Again, the league doesn't manage this, but teams are encouraged to pick in a timely fashion.
The order is as follows, reverse standings, snake style.

2. Buffalo
3. Ottawa
4. Tampa
5. Jackets
6. Pittsburgh
7. San Jose
8. San Jose
9. Pitt
10. CBJ
11. T-Bay
12. Ottawa
13. Buffalo
14. NYR
And so on.
Teams pick until they pass. once they pass they are done.
