I do agree that the hardest part is building a winning team, but we won't be able to tell for quite a few years.

I think he has done a great job so far but I actually think this is the easiest part of the job for him. Selling UFAs that wanted out and had value.
After this season we will find out how patient he is and how good he is on the buy side. If he truly stays away from free agency then I’ll be happy.
