My gut tells me that the Flames are after Iginla and Canton. Maybe if they both are somehow there at 9, you could trade Jersey 28 + the highest pick we hold 10-32 next year, as it seems we are likely to have 2 picks at minimum in that range.
But burning up 3-4 assets to move from 9 to 4 doesn't seem to make sense in this draft. by all accounts there are around 8-10 guys who are really close after the top 2, and Philly is at the very end of that list, big difference between getting the one nobody else wanted, being in the middle of the pack and having your pick of the litter
