*Shrug* For me it's like instead of cheering after a goal, you're standing there trying to hold your phone steady to capture the celebration. Then imagine a good portion of people standing around you doing the same. It's weird.

Yep. Every time I go to a Mariah show, there are those kids with the cameras, but it doesn't bother me.
But yes it totally depends on the concert. There are certain shows I've been to where the crowd has been so into it that they looked like zombies. It added to the effect, though.
Good hockey analogy, though.
