Think it ultimately comes down to what Anaheim and Columbus do because Montreal will most likely take a forward. And their list is rumoured to be Demidov>Lindstrom>Iginla. With Celebrini and Levshunov going 1st and 2nd, it will take at least one of Anaheim or Columbus passing on Demidov or Lindstrom. If that happens, I think it’s close to a 50% chance the flames get to draft Iginla. If Anaheim and Columbus both take the forwards, I think it’s more like a 5% chance Iginla will be available for the flames.
If Anaheim and Columbus both take defencemen… the draft board will be wide open for the flames to get Iginla IMO.
