F&J's.....yup....rock and roll greatness that place was.

Saw Kim Mitchell live from about 10 feet away when he came through promoting his first solo album after Max Webster split.

Live Wire...yikes....WAYYY too many memories i had blocked out for years till i saw that mentioned.

Also, way back when there was a bar in the Majestic Hotel called the Magic Stick. Got arrested there once...and the snot beat out of me by 5 bouncers as well. Also had a LOT of fun there for a few years.

Damn...been gone for 5 years and sounds like a ton of changes since then already.

Anyone know what happened to Back Street "Lounge" Smugglers? I heard its gone as well. THAT was a great joint.

Also, is the Taj Mahal Restaurant still licking?
