Actually the concerning thing is the fact the "journalist" didn't give any details other than "bail".
As if you either get 'bail' or you don't with zero distinction to the various types of release.
By bail do they mean Release Order, or any conditions like an Officer in Charge Understaking. Where there surities involved? Where do they fall on the ladder principle? Zero mention of 11(b) of the Charter, or even innocent until proven guilty.
Also no details as to found ins, a distinction to joyriding, or even those accused being indigenous (where cultural view of property and need can be different).
I'm not a bleeding heart here, but that article gives no actual information.
