Agreed. I'm not in the same field, but have to work with teens sometimes, one area that really jumps out at me with that fevers is mass tardiness.

When they show up late, it's not even in an apologetic way either...it's more of a "what's your problem? I'm here" vibe. They don't even get what the issue is.

With WFH becoming much more common, I suspect this will get worse, as I can see it shifting more to "what you accomplished that day", and not what time you started at.

I kinda hate how I'm at the age of getting to "kids these days..." complaints, but here we are.
