I hope the SOB never sees the inside of a courtroom again in any capacity other than that of civil defendant.

I believe it's far more heinous to be railroaded/accused/convicted of something you didn't do, than it is to allow a guilty man to go free. This guy is the epitome of a power tripping prick.
