I know some people are embarrassed about the stigma of mental health and it's why Kylington coming out and saying what he was dealing with I think is huge for other nhl players.

Yeah, I think in his case the change caused him a lot a lot of anxiety and things spiraled. With a new team he probably didn't have any support structure like he had in St Louis. I think this is where the Flames did a good job where they were supportive. Maybe Buffalo would have done better if they knew the player a bit more. They were a young team and Eichel was a very young captain and this was probably way over his head.
