Ah ok maybe he didn't know there was help available? When he initially left he said he lost passion for the game so maybe he didn't even know he was facing mental health issues.
I know some people are embarrassed about the stigma of mental health and it's why Kylington coming out and saying what he was dealing with I think is huge for other nhl players.
Glad berglund finally found peace.
