Pretty sure I just said Columbus wouldn’t do 4 for Necas but might trade down for an asset then do 9 for Necas.
Also just because CP says 4 is no better than 9 doesn’t mean individual teams and their scouts might still have someone they want ahead of others and are willing to pay something to move up. Some might not care to move down too
I would not be shocked if the Flames trade up
