He's fine. I think he can do better for LA than Rittich and Talbot. He didn't do well for Washington but he was good enough for his other teams.
He's not the guy who carries you to a championship but if you build the team properly he can help you out. LA isn't that team but he helps them be more competitive while they look for their top goalie.
Talbot was UFA too, so who know if he had interest in returning to LA. Now they have Kuemper and Rittich.
Plus, they got rid of Dubois and that terrible contract. They're saving just over $3M in Cap hit from this trade.
