There are some reports that the new North Korea-Russia strategic pact could include North Koreans supplying weapons and possibly soldiers. South Korea said in light of this, they are considering supplying arms to Ukraine, and from what I understand, South Korea makes some quality equipment these days.

I can totally see them "selling" bodies to Russia
