Yes, Christians believe that Jesus is the messiah and that their singular monotheistic God takes three different forms of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That doesn't change the fact that Jews, Christians, and Muslims all worship the same mythical entity, albeit in different ways.

Even the Vatican made this part of the official doctrine of the Catholic Church (which is by far the largest Christian denomination), during the Second Vatican Council.
